Evolving Global Anti-Corruption Efforts: U.S., China and India

With the economic hardship caused by COVID-19 and pandemic-related relief efforts have come backsliding on anti-corruption vigilance and enhanced corruption risk in many regions, according to the speakers at a recent Gibson Dunn seminar. This first part of our coverage of the program looks at FCPA enforcement trends, as well as evolving corruption risks and anti-corruption efforts on the ground in China and India.
